  • Please email help@ommexclusive.com or call our Customer Care 03-91302271 / 3271 within 14 days from the date of receiving if any exchange is to be made.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable. Products are to be returned in its original brand new condition via customer’s preferred courier service.
  • Our Customer Care team will contact you within 14 days from the date the returned product(s) is received, inspected and accepted.
  • Strictly NO CASH REFUND allowed, but we will happily exchange the product with another product of the same value once we have confirmed the item has not been used, unpacked and/or damaged.
